So it's back to my healthy ways this morning with a visit to the gym followed by lots of water and a healthy lunch. I opted for some couscous which is low in fat and leaves me feeling fuller for longer. Unfortunately my hands were shaking a bit after all that exertion and this happened as I was weighing out the ingredients. Doh!
This takes less than 10 minutes to make and can be made in advance so you can eat it as soon as you're hungry rather than caving in and eating rubbish food. Check out the recipe here.
